Hello, my name is Searing of the SandWings, and I'm a little bit insane. Read this story to follow my fascinating life, from how my egg got animus touched, to my adventures spying on the Sky Palace, and to where my mate died. I miss my dear Minnow, <3.  Yes, I know what you're thinking, and yes, he's a SeaWing, and yes, we had an egg. His name is Driftwood, but I call him Drifty. He's an animus. I grew up at the talons of Queen Blister, my love and dearest queen. I miss her dearly. I also miss my brother, Wasp, who went insane. He killed what little I could make of a family. All I have is Drifty. As of EP, the 8th WoF book, I am wandering the wilds, wondering if I should go to the Kingdom of Sand under Thorn's rule, or can I bow to anyone but Queen Blister. Read my other stories! Sticks & Stones is about Drifty getting stolen and the lengths I went to get him back. And deep in the sea, there was a Seawing dragonet, with her own opinions than others. As her friends and family all supported Blister for the war, Hurricane herself didn't trust Blister, the most scheming of the three Sandwing sisters. She believed that the Sandwing princess hid more plans behind those glittering obsidian-black eyes, some that could put their own Seawing tribe at risk.
