Grian died. He was definitely, absolutely, one hundred percent dead.

And then suddenly he wasn't.

Alongside two of his friends who were also killed in an incident that he can't remember, Grian was offered a second chance and was reborn with a new power in a different body.

Only problem? Half of his memories have completely vanished. 

So as well as attempting to recover his memories, he has to attempt to save the city from the villain known as the Red King (a person who he's pretty sure he was trying to stop before he died).

No big deal. Easy. All in a day's work for him, right?

It should be easy enough.

That was why he decided to become a vigilante. He could help others, fight for what was right, without having to conform to society's strict rules for heroes. So, along with five of his friends, he set up a vigilante group of sorts, and they quickly became incredibly well known, and things were fantastic.
