Stevie (Evie) Robyn-Barns is a young girl who actually lives with Bucky Barns (He lived and got found by a older woman instead of Hydra) She has no memory of her past, but apparently Bucky found her at a small train station with an name tag on. She was clearly from a town riddled with war. When the war seems to follow her even live 83 years later in the future having to save it from the mistakes of the new captain america
