Davina & Kol's first date.

Davina waits in the attic with Mikael looking through Esther’s spell book and hears her phone vibrate and smiles when she reads the message from Kaleb. “Since I stood you up would you like to get dinner with me?” Smiles and texts him back, sure I would love to, and I’ll be there soon.” Davina gets ready and heads out the door and finds Kaleb and sits across from him. Davina looks at Kaleb and smiles, ”What is your family like??”  Sees Kaleb shift a little in his seat. “My family?? He shrugged in reply, “They’re all crazy as lunes.” Davina smiles at him leaning a bit on the table since she sat across from him. “How bout your family?” Davina looks at him surprised he was interested. “Not much to say. Only child. My dad was distant… which was a lot better than my mom…”  Davina responds drifting her eyes from the wooden table. As Kaleb observes her seeing that there was something they had in common. “Mummy Issues Aye??” I bet she’s a control freak, right??” Davina watches him as her heart starts to beat a little faster than usual.  “Same as mine.” “In fact she’s the reason why I stopped practicing magic for so long.” Davina’s heart races more thinking to herself, “He’s a witch like I am.” Watches Kol lean across her with a slide smirk. “Don’t Look surprised love, I didn’t just ask you out here because your gorgeous. Davina smiles and feels the heat in her cheeks to rise a little not used to this kind of attention as she giggles a little.  “I guess were both kindred souls.” Davina looks at him curiously, “What do you mean?” “I know your story Davina.” I mean you’re practically famous. You’re the harvest girl that basically told them all to shove it. Davina laughs at his comment. Though it was true it ended badly but she was brought back to life, just not as powerful. “I’m a lot like you. Don’t really believe in rules and authority.” “Your courage should be celebrated.”
