From the moment Ellery was born, the little Valkyrie was told that they were a child of fate, that they were destined to be great, and that they had a purpose. However, Ellery quickly learned that it must be a mistake, because evidently the only thing that they are destined for is the trail of destruction, chaos, and hurt that follows in their wake. 

After the Valkyrie was banished from Asgard, stripped of their voice, and scorned by the only people that they found solace in as a result of their 'wake,' Ellery tried to start their new life on Midgard, desperately trying to forget what they lost. Although, it became increasingly hard to forget and run from their past when their past childhood friends, Thor, moved in only a few blocks away and Loki attempted to take over their new home on Midgard, although something about this is seeming a little too familiar. 

They successfully avoided their past for over 800 years, but will Ellery be able to hide from it any longer when the same people that still despise them need them more than any of them could ever realize?
