Along with the Indominus Rex Dr Wu created a raptor designed to be faster, smarter and stronger while still being the same size as a normal raptor. It was to smart as it knows it's a hybrid and even though it's placed in the small cage of the Raptor Squad it hid away. Blue could see that this new raptor was different but she still tried to be friends.
