Two years after the events of Camp Cretaceous; Hunter Ravens returns to his sanctuary and his Grandfathers estate in Northern California. After two years of a (somewhat) peaceful return; Hunter will be asked to return to Isla Nublar to rescue the dinosaurs.
Even when he agrees that dinosaurs should be extinct, he still helps the genetically modified animals.
His friends from Camp Cretaceous wonder why he's disappeared while George, his grandfather, worries for the Punk teenager. Ever since returning back to the mainland; he has noticed his emptiness.
In the end...the Nature Boy will face the greatest predator on Earth: Humanity.

In this book; we see Hunter Ravens after the events of the Chaos Theory Prequel (which will be written after this book) in which there'll be more questions than answers. His California Hardcore upbringing hasn't failed him yet, and he won't let some trained raptors, a creepy lady, and the new big bad boss finally be the ones to finish him off.
