[Bellum is Latin for War.]
Every child when he or she reaches the age of 17 must participate in the Testing.
Those with scores above 70 will be injected with a government approved serum. After the injection,special powers would develop in each teen,varying from empathy and telepathy to more uncommon abilities.
Afterwards,the teens will be sent to their final destination-The New Republic Academy. There,their abilities would be strengthened and developed and they would be trained to join the elite force that fights to protect every else in the world against a power so dark,it has yet to be understood.

However,the common fact that 'the higher the score the stronger the power' doesn't seem to apply to her-she seems to have no power at all.
At NewRA,she is drawn headlong into the program,but when she discovers a lie,a truth and the big secret,her world is turned upside down and she has to struggle to fight for all she has ever known.
