In the summer of 5 years ago in Ocean Town Yuunagi, Hyuuga Saki, Mishou Mai and Tsugami Kakeru happened to meet at the Sky Tree during a town festival. Five years later, fate once again guides them when Saki and Mai meet again at the Sky Tree, where they meet Flappy and Choppy, spirits from the Land of Fountains. Flappy and Choppy have asked Saki and Mai to become Pretty Cure to fight the villains who want to destroy the Fountains of the Sun. When the girls become Pretty Cure to fight the forces of evil, a mysterious firefly creature called Lord appears and wants to kill them. But when the girls were in danger, Tsugami Kakeru, who became Kamen Rider AgitΩ, appeared to save them.
