Every summer break, Kyla Williams and her family travel to Florida to their beach house as a vacation. Summer in Florida means swimming, eating and especially the big summer blowout parties!
Kyla has always wanted the summer of her dreams now that she is in her 20's, hoping to have a summer romance. That is until one night when she bumps into Chase Mitchell; Florida's bad boy surfer who is also Kyla's older brother Seth's best friend.
