Emily is the second person up in the Glade and the first girl. With new people being sent up every month, finding a way out of the maze wouldn't seem to be so hard. Only problem? She can't talk. DISCLAIMER! This is a Newt fanfic that's based on the book and the movie of The Maze Runner. This fanficiton mainly takes place before Thomas enters the Glade, meaning it will not follow any story but my own. Please note that anything known about life in the Glade before Thomas is something I chose to ignore or incorporate in the story my own way. Since this story takes place before the franchise, it doesn't follow the storyline of the book nor the movie.
