SEQUEL TO WRITTEN IN THE STARS

Dalia Al-Ruwaisi, eldest Princess to the Kingdom of Rughad, has aspirations to lead her people. But her father, the King, has greater plans. In order to avoid conflict, she has no choice but to marry the King of Balqaas, their long-time rivals. Dalia must leave everything behind; her dreams, aspirations and loved ones.

It may be the closest chance she has at becoming Queen, but Dalia must also face the prejudice against her as the Queen Consort, whilst also bearing the secret her father entrusted to her.

The newly crowned King of Balqaas, Harun Abdul Rabbani, detests the thought of having to open up his heart to another woman. But he can no longer avoid it when the duty arises to save his people. And just when he thinks he has settled onto the throne, a familiar threat arises once more in Balqaas threatening the safety of his new wife, his family and his Crown.

Will the two royals be able to unite under one banner to dissolve the threat that endangers them both, despite their generation-long hatred?

She tried to step aside but he slammed his palms against the tree trunk, shoving her against it. "You said anything." She realized what he meant and nearly fell back. "No! I didn't mean that. His ways were malicious but he loathed the idea of rape. "All right. Fine. Let's play a game then." Her eyes narrowed in suspicion. "A game?" "If you survive, I'll consider sparing your brothers. If you lose, you will give me what I want willingly. Simple." He smirked. In both cases, he would win.
