This is a short story which begins where can and sanem both get married and the fans were left to imaginations who waited long to see their intimacy as husband and wife. After having her all to himself Can's need to keep her glued to him all the time creates a fuss in their lives. Where can never stops himself to show the love he has for her before the world , sanem slowly starts to find it invading her space and privacy which brings a rift in their relationship. Will they be able to find their way back?
Inspired by very famous Turkish Drama Erkenci kus. A great fan of Can Yaman and Demet ozdemir. watched this series over and over on MX player TV as "Day Dreamer" in Hindi and Marathi.
Being an Indian can somewhere connect to Turkish culture and it really fascinates me.

Can Yaman is an internationally known actor and model. His shows have had great success but he hasn't been able to find that special woman to share his life with..yet. Erkenci Kuş: Broken Promises
Snippets of alternate outcomes in the lives and enduring love story of Can Divit and Sanem Aydin. When I started out with this story, I only intended to loosely base the 'short piece' on the events in Bolum (Episodes) 17 & 18 however, I got such positive feedback, I decided to stretch it out a bit. I'm still unsure how far I will stretch it but so far, I'm enjoying writing it and will keep going till I run out of steam. I can't think of any show/movie that I've watched in recent times to which I have reacted as I did when I watched Erkenci Kuş. The characters hooked their claws into me and wouldn't let go. I rooted for Sanem and Can; cried and laughed with them; railed at and cursed their detractors and finally rejoiced over their reunion. However, the ending was so rushed. After all the angst we were put through with their relationship, I felt robbed of an extended happily-ever-after. What we were given was too short. I hope to right that wrong, amongst others, with this story. Though I only watched the show in Jan/Feb 2023, I have since rewatched it countless times. There were certain parts of the plot which wound me up so much so this is me writing what I wished had happened. Enjoy!Complete
A chance to love again
Can is very disappointed and angry to find out that Sanem has sold her perfume to Fabbri, and is convinced that their relationship is over. Polen tries in every way to take advantage of the situation to come between the two of them and get her ex boyfriend back. Sanem is devastated and has to make drastic decisions in order to continue her life without him, she has to defend herself from so much pain, she has to get away from everything and everyone. Can will come to understand that he has acted too much when it is too late, Sanem has left Istanbul and nobody knows where she has gone. How can he remedy his mistake if he can't reach her to talk to her? It can't be over just like that, he has to do something, he has to ask her for another chance, another chance to love again.Complete

When we meet again
14 year old Sanem, just received a scholarship for being top of her class, to one of the most prestigious schools in Instanbul.
