We follow a girl (Marrs) that lives in Sunset River County that was sent into a coma after a hallucination. In the coma she's self aware about the oddities that she finds. She eventually visits her friend (Alice Taylor) in the hospital after a conversation with her dad. Marrs starts to see a disturbing hallucinations before having a psychotic breakdown and is manipulated by a figure ("Vines") into violent tendencies.
