Unlike most of the girls, Asella, only wants a few friends that she can manage. Every student recognizes her decision in the magic school where she is in. Given this fact, most people still contest one another to be her friend due to her humility and cleverness, which just goes to rejection because she indirectly closed her own borders to new friends for a very long time already.
