Tess Rumlow hails from a notorious gang feared by all throughout the old west. Residing in Red Skull Creek, the Rumlow family have feuded with the Rogers for as long as anyone can remember. 
However when Tess's brother Brock strikes up a deal with Steve Rogers, she finds herself about to marry the enemy, something that will end the long running feud between both families.  

And it ain't gonna be smooth sailing...
