When her cousin brother finds out about this, he curses the relationship and threathens to tell the rest of the family, who are probably homophobic too. After an old crush also enters her life, she is left Confused.

Also, through the book, there are new characters that she meets. She meets someone who is quite different from Angelina, but she also finds some peace in that person, even if perhaps she shouldn't. That person is a boy a little older than her, more involved in a darker and criminal life. If you want to know what will happen to Nora and who the mysterious guy is, start reading this book.
