You're Confused is a novel about a young girl Amelie Katz who develops romantic feelings for her best friend, who is a queer (doesn't know her sexuality yet). When her cousin brother finds out about this, he curses the relationship and threathens to tell the rest of the family, who are probably homophobic too. After an old crush also enters her life, she is left Confused.
