Masky/Tim is a mafia boss, Toby is an assassin.
Toby was assigned to go to Tim's establishment to be raised as a personal assassin for Tim, when Toby was sent there to assassin Tim.
Slenderman is a CEO.
All other creeps will be in the story, either as other establishments or as civilians, thief's and bad guys.

He was a generally quiet boy around strangers, but was more than annoying and loud around people he knew. Though, he didn't know very many people other than the people he lived with. Kinda rare for a killer to make friends with someone that wasn't like him. Her name was (Y/N). She was sarcastic and generally grumpy towards everyone. She didn't like where she was in life and didn't even know what she wanted to do with it. This lead to her having a generally boring life. She acted as if death couldn't come soon enough. But, things changed. This wouldn't be much of a story if it would've gone otherwise. What happens after one quick encounter? Eh, guess you'll find out soon enough, right?
