The Hobbits know what Tolkien would think, even if some of the race of Men do not.
Disclaimer - I don't own Tolkien's Middle Earth, and contrary to what the cast says, we fans of Middle Earth are allowed to say what we think of Tolkien's lore not being respected the way it should have been. And for me, it's coming in the form of satire, but anybody else who wants to do the same - you're free to do so. Just please, don't bash the individuals who like Rings of Power, particularly since some of them this will be, unfortunately, their first experience with Tolkien. Which, part of the reason I finally settled on doing it this way is that I know there are going to be some who don't know what's going on, and I'd like for them to actually be interested in checking out Middle Earth stuff that isn't Rings of Power.
And this reflection is based on one of the Hobbit cast members asking what Tolkien would think of her, the Harfoot which means she's still clueless that the Harfoot aren't the ancestors of the Hobbit but a type of Hobbit. Oh, and let's not pretend Tolkien who hated the adaptions done when he was alive would be okay with this one.
She was the one that was going to teach him what affection was, what being loved felt like.
And he was going to teach her how thrilling a secret can be.
I do not own any of the obx characters.
