This article is about cartoon characters having their new forms if their story were to be kept going throughout the year. This idea I got was from the Anime characters who got their own super forms, so I'm thinking if Cartoon character were also strong, they too would have been able to fight in an Anime level and would've easily catch up. So basically a new idea of their new forms, but you can add in ideas as well.
