Mai and Blossom are complete opposites, Blossom strives for perfection in everything she does, while Mai lets the world take them down the route that there "supposed to go", this normally ends up in Mai being the complete opposite of a perfectionist. As much as these two differ, the one thing that this prom queen and loner have in common is that there both the talk of the school after a secret gets out about Blossom and Mai arrives back from the psych ward just in the middle of it. The story is written in day by day notes by Mai through her time duration during the psych ward stay, until a familiar figure steals her diary.
