Evelyn Marwood has finally just gained some sort of freedom in her life. Freedom that has given her an apartment away from her aunt, a job that isn't so bad, and a way to forget about her fire-scorched past. A taste of freedom she has no plans of giving up so easily.
That is until a local museum thief sells her aunt's business an object of hellish origins and terrible power.
This object gains the attention of the Winchester brothers as well as the hordes of Hell, sticking Evelyn smack dap in the middle of their ongoing and seemingly never-ending war. A war that finds itself inside Evelyn's place of work. A battle that ends in Evelyn making a deal with the devil, the King of Hell himself: Crowley.
Evelyn's deal leads to Crowley taking her to a well-hidden mansion, away from the prying eyes of demons and the hunter-brother duo alike.
While Evelyn is immersed in luxuries she had never known, her smoke and ash-filled past slowly begins to close in on her, threatening to take away everything she had gained.
Evelyn must decide whether she will steer clear of the fiery storm coming her way, or if she will stand a queen ignited.
