Crown Princess Xiomara was a happy, carefree little girl in her early childhood. But at the age of eight, the decade long tension between her kingdom, the Kingdom of Sanora and one of the neighboring kingdoms, the Kingdom of Cadazar, finally came to a head and caused the deadliest war the continent had ever seen. The war tore it's way across the countryside and wreaked tragedy after tragedy on even the royal family. The death of the King, Xiomara's father, creates a snowball affect of weights falling onto Xiomara's shoulders. Weight she can't carry on her own, much less into battle.
