A new school year means another nine months of endless torment. That's what Kokichi expected, at least. But when a new detective student unexpectedly joins class and grows popular in an instant, Kokichi has new things to worry about: his jealousy. But luckily for him, that doesn't last long. An intense chain of events leads Kokichi to believe that the boy was brought there just for him. To help him... to save him.
