Why is this Happening Right Know

It's about a 10 year old girl that is in a wheelchair finally meeting her dad or knowing about her dad. she has two brothers named Jaylen and Jack. They are triplets. She finds her dad on the way to her school. her dad was sleep on the rode. She provides him a place to sleep(her house or moms house). When her mom sees the man she tells him to get out in a very mean voice. Isabella stopped talking to her mom until she lets her dad back in but Isabella doesn't know that, that's her dad she just wants to help that man.
