Jade's life is the bad of all good things.  She is a rich girl, but her parent's don't listen to her.  She goes to a great school, but all the students are stuck up snobs. The only thing that she can count on is her strange relatonship with her boyfriend- a twenty-four year old criminal.  HIs name is Darryl Broder.  No one knows about her relationship. No one can know.  She just can't risk it.  But she is happy with Darryl.  One day, when Jade's sister turns up missing, Darryl is one of the suspects.  He is taken into custody.  Somehow, the police and Jade's parents find out about her and Darryl.  Apparently, someone knew about their relationship and wanted Darryl in jail.  Now, Jade has to fight in order to prove that Darryl is innocent.  Which is going to be difficult when her parents will barely even let her leave the house anymore.  Now, the whole story is on the news and the whole country thinks that Darryl is a rapist.  And if Jade cannot do anything to prove Darryl inncoent, then she will lose him...forever.
