Lucas and Michaela were inseperable. So much so that they had their own standing orders at some places. They shared secrets and mischief and they loved that they could depend on one another.
Lucas has held a candle for Michaela for years. She liked him too, but she moved on from her schoolgirl crush once he started dating and she realized he would never see her the same.
When Lucas comes home again the Summer of her senior year of high school, things suddenly start to change between them. It makes their lives go from 0 to 100 in a heartbeat and neither of them expected it to happen.
