"Joey." Her voice sounded like a dream, something beautiful that wasn't of this world. This dirty, polluted world. He hated it. Nothing good came from being alive. Sometimes he just wanted to die, but no one would be able to handle another death. The loss of Steez fucked everyone up really badly, and even the thought of losing another so close to them... But nothing good came from being here. "You're in one of your moods again." She says, softly, moving closer to him on the bed. He had begged her to stay with him last night because he was hurt. He was emotionally unstable and she was the only person who could really put up with him. Because she often put up with Steez.
