Ashley just moved to her new school, and life, at the Tickle Academy. Her biggest problem, trying not to get into serious trouble because it is no laughing matter. Years after an unfortunate incident, the academy has lost almost all it's students. Most parents enroll their students in different schools as well as teach them to stay away from those that enjoy tickling. However, one girl who was enrolled in a school full of tickle haters secretly goes to the academy. At least she has kept it a secret until she bumped into someone from her school on her way home.
