Welcome to your Antifragile Leadership journey! I am thrilled to have you onboard. It has always been my philosophy that knowledge only becomes power when it is shared. I created this E workbook with demands for leaders and game changers like you in mind. You'll have a great time learning because these are the lessons that we wish could have been taught to us when we were starting out our careers but now we are provided with the amazing opportunity to include it in our leadership toolkit. With my nine years solid track record of leading frontline teams for ANZ and SG broadband and mobile companies, I have successfully led cross functional teams from inbound and outbound phone support, live chat, email, Social Media ( Facebook, Twitter and Instagram ) to review platforms like Google, Seedly, Product Review, Trustpilot and Broadband Compare and in the process multiplied leaders in our team thanks to the amazing mentors and teammates that I met through work and my reads. Their help enabled me to build engaged permanent work from home teams.
