Based on "Do You Recall The Day When We Went Wrong?" by primalrageanddumbassery on AO3. I recommend reading that before reading this as some details wouldn't make much sense and also because its really fucking good.
After a few years of being free from VILE and living in Oklahoma Antonio encounters a child that tries to pick-pocket him. He soon grows fond of her and with the help of Jean Paul takes care of her and they end up adopting her.
