JetBlue Airlines Cancellation Policy

In accordance with JetBlue's 24-hour cancellation policy, passengers have the right to cancel their flight reservation within 24 hours of booking and claim a full refund as long as the scheduled departure date is 7 days or more at the time of cancellation. No JetBlue cancellation fee would apply. Also -
• JetBlue's 24-hour cancellation would not apply to vacation packages.
• JetBlue cancellation fee within 24 hours: Reservations that have been modified are not eligible for a refund and may be subject to a cancellation fee per person depending on the fare booked, regardless of whether it is within 24 hours to the purchase
• JetBlue 24-Hour Refund Policy: JetBlue flight refund in less than 24 hours will be credited to the original form of payment in 7-10 business days.
• JetBlue's cancellation within 24 hours would not apply to a flight reservation that has more than 9 passengers and is subject to JetBlue's group cancellation policy.
• JetBlue's 24-hour cancellation will be made on the airline's website in the Manage Booking section or by contacting JetBlue's flight cancellation phone number.
