"Savannah Lockhart, now she is one lucky Kook. Why is that, you ask? Probably because she is an emancipated Kook. Oh yeah, she is as free as a bird. Ever since she moved to Figure Eight a year ago, everybody's been curious as to how she, a 16 year old girl, got emancipated and doesn't have to live like, well like me, trying to get out of foster care. I want that. A lot of people wonder all the time how she did it. Some rumors go around that maybe her parents were abusive and went independent or that she has a secret sugar daddy, giving her serious amount of money to earn her a living for the rest of her life. Even some say that she was involved in gang activity, like Pablo Escobar shit. Nobody actually knows. She doesn't really talk to people. Which is why I'm surprised to see her here, at the Boneyard, at this party."
