She isn't fine like she pretends to be. On the contrary.

Liliana Storm Whitlock is shattered into a thousand pieces, used from the ones she loves, betrayed by the ones she loves, broken by the ones she loves.

So she lost herself.

And it all seems to go downhill after a crucial accident on a winter night. Additionally, her life takes a turn when she decides to leave her hometown, Hemfield, to start her new life at her University and finally enjoy the life she deserves. A fresh start is what she needed.

Maybe she isn't the only one.

The hockey team at the new university takes quite a keen interest in Liliana and won't seem to leave her at rest. Especially the most arrogant one of them all; Rhys Heartlow. He is nothing else than a jerk when they first meet, but somehow his cold heart seems to warm up to her just enough to make her fall for him.

However, even if Liliana seems to find solace in her new life, her past continuously haunts her by tugging her back into old habits no matter how hard she tries to fight and ignore it.

And perhaps she shouldn't have closed her eyes on the hints she got, because that would lead her into an icy road that is nothing less but deadly for her heart.

This is a Sunny and Moon x Autistic!Reader fan-fiction. I thought I would make something like this since there is hardly any one of these. There are many people that have from different forms of Autism. People need to learn how to treat them, not them learning how to treat other people. It isn't fun to be like this and it isn't something to brag to people about. So, this story is kinda an awareness to autism. I have a non-verbal nephew who I adore and will do anything for and I have ASD myself Whenever you take a job at the Daycare as an assistant, you get comfortable. As someone with ASD, you feel understood by your robot companion, Sunny/Moon. You enjoy working with the kids at the daycare, even if they sometimes mistake you for a robot yourself. You also enjoy the way Sunny makes you feel happy and wanted and understood and how Moon makes you feel protected and just as special as anyone else can be. You're finally understood.
