Josephine Miller is a forensic scientist at the Jeffersonian Institute in Washington DC who specializes in blood spatter. Even though she specializes in blood, she is hired on as a secondary entomologist with her good friend Jack Hodgins. Everything is fine until she starts working closely with one Zack Addy.
