Seungmin lost his father at a young age, grief strangling him ever since. This was his first year at college, music major. He used to sing and play the piano, but ever since the accident, he hadn't ever listened to music willingly, the memories too darkening. His new dorm mate Hyunjin is like a ray of sunshine. He's happy, he paints, but after seeing Seungmin be the way he is, Hyunjin lets down his walls and shares his story. They soon start getting closer, seeing each other vulnerable a lot. They start having late night music sessions playing their instruments together. Seungmin doesn't know what it feels like to love someone-romantically that is. But this... this might be it. With NoEasy promotions over, Stray Kids finally have a little time to rest. But that time to themselves forces them to confront how different one of their own has become. ~ This story deals with the aftermath of Hyunjin's hiatus in 2021, which is for some reason still an issue. I wrote this to bring awareness to something that's been happening to Hyune lately, so please read the intro chapter. His friend, Han warns him for him but little does he know he's gonna be his roommate when they get their dorms. Felix doesn't want to tell him his past but soon enough he has to. I ran through the rain with my umbrella, looking desperately for any sign of Hyunjin. Minho had called me saying that he and Seungmin had walked in on him cutting himself and that he had ran away right afterward. I needed to find him before he caught a cold. It was raining so hard that it was hard to see anything and the sound of the rain hitting my surroundings was beginning to feel extremely overwhelming. ------ Hyunjin struggles with urges he tries his hardest to keep to himself, Bottling them up until they were more than he could bear, then breaking. It was a cycle no one in the group had seemed to notice yet. They neglected to notice the tears, the anger. They turned the other cheek without knowing when he was so close to balling his eyes out. It wasn't that they didn't care, he knew that if they knew what was going on they'd help. He didn't want help. Felix has been having nightmares every night for a while now, each ending with someone he loved dying. the dreams were becoming more and more vivid, and almost every one of them ended in suicide. Felix was becoming paranoid, constantly checking on everyone he could to make sure that they were ok, he was scared. !!!LISTEN UP PEOPLE!!! This story is obviously going to contain some pretty sensitive topics like self-harm and suicide, so if either of these trigger you, please don't read. I don't want anyone getting hurt.Terminé

He's tired. Exhausted, really. Not just in body-but in spirit, in soul. Every day feels like a silent war he didn't ask to fight. The fear- It lingers like smoke, always in the air. The fear of him. The one who forced his way in and never left. The one who turned safety into a stranger. He dreads going to work. He dreads the hallways, the rehearsals, the possibility of brushing past him. He dreads the lies he tells with a smile. "I'm fine." "I'm just tired." "I'm okay." He hides. From the truth. From his members. From the question in their eyes he's too scared to answer. How do you tell the people you love that someone is breaking you? Slowly. Quietly. Every single day. If only he had the courage. Just one moment of boldness- To look him in the eye and say, "No more." Would that set him free? He hopes so. He has to hope. Because right now, hope is all he's got left.
