But that time to themselves forces them to confront how different one of their own has become. ~ This story deals with the aftermath of Hyunjin's hiatus in 2021, which is for some reason still an issue. TW: Suicide, SH, ED, Depression, etc. Hyunjin had left him. His life didn't make sense anymore. Nothing made sense without him. Felix had lost his boyfriend several months ago. Moving on was far away from happening. When his depression gets worse and worse, his parents feel forced to send him to a psych ward. There he meets a person, that gives him a feeling of comfort and understanding. But then something happens, that Felix did not expect nor ever imagined possible. He's finally happy again, but at what cost? ! This is my first story and I know the caption sucks but just try to ignore that. Sorry if this is literally the worst you've ever read !

"You don't love me, you can't love me." My body shakes uncontrollably as I fall to the ground, sobbing into my hands as I try to muffle the sound desperately. "Just let me love you, I can't love you if you won't allow me to idiot," a whisper echoes through the walls as he squats down next to me, placing his hand on my back, rubbing, small, reassuring circles. ... It was never supposed to be like this, why did I let this happen? Hyunjin and Y/n lived in the same neighborhood. They were best friends for the longest time until Y/n was forced to move schools right before high school. Four years have gone by and Y/n grew a new persona. She doesn't smile anymore like she used to, she doesn't wear her hair in pigtails, and she doesn't wear those big, round, glasses everyone used to make fun of her for. When she moved her parents took away all forms of communication from her, thinking that she didn't deserve the love and care she was getting. She managed to keep in contact with one friend because their parents were friends, but she lost all contact with Hyunjin. She felt horrible for it, she cared about him the most and never got to say goodbye like she planned. After her parents kick her out to go live with her grandparents, she moves back to her hometown hoping that no one will recognize her. Hyunjin felt betrayed when Y/n left, she left without a goodbye and didn't speak a single word to him in the past four years. Without her around, he grew close to Chan's group of friends. The summer before high school started, Hyunjin and his friends matured and all the girls in school found them attractive. They fought for the boys attention but Hyunjin only thought of Y/n regardless of all the pining girls. He hated that she constantly ran through his mind, wishing he could just forget about her. As everyone walks into their 4th period, two people catch each other's gaze. One feels guilt bubble up in their stomach and the other boils with resentment.

The more you go in the story, the more you'll see my writing improve, but please have patient with me :))) --- I hate it here. Why do I need to be alive? His friend, Han warns him for him but little does he know he's gonna be his roommate when they get their dorms. Felix doesn't want to tell him his past but soon enough he has to. His roommate also shared his past and there's danger comming up to the innocent boys. Or is Hyunjin innocent?

I ran through the rain with my umbrella, looking desperately for any sign of Hyunjin. Minho had called me saying that he and Seungmin had walked in on him cutting himself and that he had ran away right afterward. I needed to find him before he caught a cold. It was raining so hard that it was hard to see anything and the sound of the rain hitting my surroundings was beginning to feel extremely overwhelming. ------ Hyunjin struggles with urges he tries his hardest to keep to himself, Bottling them up until they were more than he could bear, then breaking. It was a cycle no one in the group had seemed to notice yet. They neglected to notice the tears, the anger. They turned the other cheek without knowing when he was so close to balling his eyes out. It wasn't that they didn't care, he knew that if they knew what was going on they'd help. He didn't want help. Felix has been having nightmares every night for a while now, each ending with someone he loved dying. the dreams were becoming more and more vivid, and almost every one of them ended in suicide. Felix was becoming paranoid, constantly checking on everyone he could to make sure that they were ok, he was scared. !!!LISTEN UP PEOPLE!!! This story is obviously going to contain some pretty sensitive topics like self-harm and suicide, so if either of these trigger you, please don't read. I don't want anyone getting hurt.
