There is a murderer out there... killing only other murderers. 

Officer and Ariese are always one step behind the murderer as he skillfully takes down his target one by one. This is a controversy in his actions, however, that make half the city believe he is a criminal, while the other half believes him to be a hero. The murderer only kills right before his target will kill, making him a savior to dozens of hostages and pursued victims. 

Will Officer Leroy and Ariese take down the killer before the riots stirring in the city became violent, or will the killer get away with his crime?All Rights Reserved
