Nina is a girl like any other. She lives in Milan, despite being originally from Bergamo, and she studies psychology and philosophy.
She is a sunny, sweet and she loves her Bergamo to her madness, just as she loves Nicola, a man who knows her to whom she has never introduced herself but that she would really like to do it.
However, she is also ill: she has pancreatic cancer and she has little to live, in fact she has only a few months left before her be crushed.
She decides to get away from those who are dear to her, so as not to make them suffer, and she too decides not to introduce herself to Nicola, loving him in silence.
