Karma Williams just found out that her mother has Brain Cancer. Things get worse from there. Her relationship with Davon becomes destructive and Anasia and her mom have to move in with Karma. Davon finally tells her what he's been hiding, but that only drives them farther apart. Karma can't seem to keep the stress down until she makes some new friends. When Trey, the star of the basketball team, comes along, Davon finally has a run for his money.
