月が綺麗ですね | tsuki ga kirei desu ne translates to "The moon is beautiful, isn't it?" This phrase is a more poetic way of saying I love You.

Love is patient,
love is kind.
It does not envy,
it does not boast,
it is not proud.
It does not dishonour others,
it is not self-seeking,
it is not easily angered,
and it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes,and always perseveres.
Love never fails.

If it stays
It is love

If it ends
Its a love story

And If it never begins
It is poetry
