In the thriving city of Virginia Beach, the small community of Sea Bluff is controlled by a minor religious monarchy where the only problem is an occasional rebellious teenager. That is, until all hell breaks loose. When an overly smothered preachers daughter, a rebellious wild child, and an adventurous outcast all decide to go out on an unauthorized adventure, they find their lives will only get harder.
