During the beginning of the world two deities fought with each other on two levitating planetoid-esque islands called Arcania and Serenia. The embodiment of serenity, Cecilia called upon 6 legendary warriors armed with weapons from her own heart to fight against the embodiment of anarchy, Regnas and his 6 sacred beasts. Eons have passed since that battle. Now a girl named Yuki Shizuku, ancestor of one of the Warriors, must venture out into the her homeland, Serenia to find the remaining 5 ancestors to the 6 warriors and defeat the sentinels, the beings of arcania.
