More of a first draft sort of thing. This is technically a big life project I guess? I plan on changing a lot of the designs seen in here.
Delve into the world of Fantasia's Dark Age through Layers 1-5.
The main inspirations for this layer are colours, shapes, and control. In terms of other inspirations; I really enjoy games like Just Shapes and beats and Databrawl (a Roblox game), so there may be a few references to these two games.
Layer 1 is a vast and colourful world called 'Godin', the people who inhabit it are equally as colourful. Three types of humanoid societies live here; Ravekins, Forestkins, and Gods.
Ravekins make up the majority of the population, mostly known for their musical talents.
Forestkins are uncommon due to past conflicts between them and Ravekins. Forestkins are known for their ability to possess and harness the powers of nature, having both their normal forms and Ravekin lookalike forms. Forestkins hide their real forms from those who are not part of their people so that they can easily blend in with the majority.
Gods are very rare, only being able to take a physical form when one dies or is made through a very powerful wish. Gods have strong magical abilities that are often used to help the other two types of people. Due to conflict between the Ravekins and the Forestkins, many Gods of negative qualities have been born. these Gods are often dubbed as Devils, but not all of them are necessarily malicious or downright evil.
Putting this on here so that I can add to it and reference it while continuing to work on Fantasia.
Elliot's partner was his whole world, but after Allan's death, his ghost haunts Elliot's dreams. Everyone tells Elliot to move on, but he isn't sure he can.
*****
It's been a year since the love of Elliot's life, Allan, passed away. Everyone thinks he should have recovered after that much time, but Allan still haunts Elliot every night. He struggles to maintain relationships with his family, and despite a coworkers interest he can't summon up the courage to date. Elliot is living for the past, because to live for the present means he'll have to live with a hole in his heart. But the question Elliot has to face chases him through his monotonous days: is mourning Allan with everything he has truly living?
