She leaned in and pressed her lips to his. Alex then kissed her back but broke the kiss as fast as the last time."l really have to teach you how to kiss", he said as he kissed her again pressing her back against the headboard.
"sir" A voice came from the door breaking their kiss
"come in", Alex answered
" l brought soup for miss", Diana said handing the bowel of soup to Alex and she left.
"have your soup l will be back", Alex said
"fine l will have it on one condition"
"what"
"You will kiss me again", she shly said. Alex stood up then pecked her lips and left.

When he came back he looked at hope who was in his bed. He adjusted the blanket for her and went to the other side then crawled in. He then lowered his head onto the pillow and exhaled, closing his eyes.
"Alex", Hope whispered
"Yeah, what wrong?" he answered
"ummmhhh l have a question" Hope said and when Alex didn't answer she continued, "what's going on between us?"
Alex sat on the bed and looked at hope. His expression became serious.
"Do you want the truth or should l sugarcoat it",Alex said. Hope stared at him. Of course he would say that what was l thinking she thought. She was heart broken nothing good ever came after those three words. "Fine don't answer", She was about to turn the other way and go back to sleep when Alex grabbed her little hands and looked at her.
"the truth is l don't know", he said as his lips came crushing down on her small pink ones.
