Cyno and his parents help Tighnari find a stable environment to live in while Tighnari struggles to overcome his emotional and mental trauma. Tighnari and Cyno may or may not catch a feeling or two for each other as Tighnari opens up and creates emotional bonds with Cyno, who helps him learn that it's okay to make mistakes and that nobody's perfect. Cyno help Tighnari realize that it's okay to trust and rely on others for help, and Tighnari creates familial bonds with Cyno's family and other friends that he never had with his own parents or family. Watch these two grow together, both in their age and in their feelings for one another as they go off as adults and decide their future together.
