Chloe Bourgeois-Dumont, for lack of better words, crumbling apart. Champagne and wine glasses becoming filled closer and closer to the brim, nights spent longer in bed with the light on, waiting for her husband to finish so she could finally try to go to sleep; days spent sitting on her balcony as she watched life below her continue on.

That's just that though. That silly word. Try. She could try many things. Anything she wanted in fact, anything in the world.

Chloe could hardly remember the day when statements like that rang true through her head twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Days when all she had to worry about was seeing her best friend Adrien Agreste, finding new ways to torment Marinette Dupain-Cheng, and wondering what type of Coffee Sabrina was going to bring her in the morning.

What a wonderful time that had been.
********************************************
Chloe stood at the edge of the room holding tightly onto her little girl's hand. She could hear the murmuring, she could hear what her former classmates were saying. The disbelief and distaste spit out of their mouths easily.

For once, she wished her husband was here.

He was horrible. But he had to be better than karma.

All of the characters that go to school in the MLB show are aged up to about their mid-twenties. TW: R@pe, su!c!de mentions, panic attacks etc. If that triggers anyone, I suggest you don't read this, this is told mostly from Chloe's perspective, so please don't come at me for it.

I just honestly don't think that Chloe deserved what the show gave her.

Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Chat Noir do not belong to me, and belong to all of their respective owners. I only own the plot, and any characters that you guys don't recognize are probably from my weird mind.

It's been over a month since I posted my MLB Season 3 rewrite. But hard work and long hours of writing, I can now show you all my rewrite/fanfic for Season 4. Season 4 of this show in my opinion, is better than Season 3. Season 3 did have some key moments, most notably Cat Blanc, but is still the worst season. Season 4, I see as in improvement, kind of. While watching Season 4, I noticed a lot of issues. The Character Assassination(destroying a character's reputation in a lazy/bad way), the plot holes, and a few other things. One of the things I truly loved in this season was the Cat Noir being left out arc. Although I love Cat Noir/Adrien, the idea to see his partner slowly forget about him is sad, but can lead to some awesome drama. Unfortunately in my opinion, they failed a bit. I did feel bad for him this season, but at some points, the writers make it look like Cat Noir is an idiotic, selfish douchebag instead of a sympathetic victim. I am not a fan of it, especially since I really love the idea behind it. So with the help of some rewrites, and MY Season 4 Finale, I will end this arc in the way I think it should have gone. Or at least, a way they should have done it. In fact, this is one of the primary reasons why I didn't want to do a full rewrite of the series. Because I adore this idea, and want to give it the proper ending it deserves. As always, I am here to entertain, and hope you all enjoy what I am about to write. Also, if you want to enjoy the whole arc, start with Grandmaster Su Han, and going forward. With that being said, here is now my version of Season 4

*none of the picture used are mine* "I've... well, I've been seeing someone," Chat admitted, his cheeks flushing slightly. "It's been strange because for so long, I thought I was in love with you." Ladybug paused, caught off guard. She leaned in. "Oh? Who's the lucky person?" Chat scratched his head, flustered. "I don't want to say too much, but she's amazing-funny, kind, talented, and real. I can be myself around her." Ladybug smiled, her heart warming. "That sounds wonderful, Chat. I'm glad you've found someone like that." Chat grinned, a bit sheepish. "It was unexpected. I had these strong feelings for you for so long, but now I realize it was more admiration." Ladybug's heart skipped a beat. Chat had been infatuated with her, but she had never been able to return his feelings. "That's a good realization, Chat," Ladybug said gently. "I know what it's like to think you're in love, only to realize maybe it wasn't." Chat's eyes brightened. "Wait, are you... seeing someone too?" Ladybug nodded. "Yes. I've been spending time with someone. He's thoughtful, always makes me smile. I think I'm falling for him." Chat's eyes widened in surprise, but he smiled genuinely. "That's amazing, m'lady! You deserve that." "Thanks, Chat." Ladybug smiled. "I think we've both grown, realizing we needed to open up to others, to find happiness beyond our masks." He nodded. "For the longest time, I thought being in love with you was my only option, but now, she makes me feel something I didn't know I could. I think I'm falling in love with her." Ladybug said softly, "She's lucky to have you. I'm happy for you, Chat." Chat flashed a grin. "Thanks, m'lady. But you haven't told me much about your guy. Is he as amazing as you?" Ladybug laughed. "He's great. We've known each other for a while. We used to be friends, but over time, I started seeing him differently." Chat's eyes gleamed. "A longtime friend, huh? That's interesting. How did you two start going out?"

The cold night air made Marinette shiver and cuddle into the red scarf that wrapped around her neck. She looked at the bright lights of Paris, of her city. A city of love. A city of light and happiness. Yet she had none. She clenched the charm Adrien had given her what felt like so long ago. He was all that was left. Everyone had left her. Her parents were disappointed in her. Her friends were angry. She heard the flapping wings of an Akuma and closed her eyes. She didn't try to stop it from taking over the charm in her hand, dark energy spreading through the trinket as his voice calmly entered her mind. As she uttered the words she was sure she would never say, she held the lucky charm close and listened to her thoughts as she lost control. Adrien and Chat. Adrien and Chat. That was all that was left. And then Marinette Dupan Cheng fell- no, she flew- off the edge of the Eiffel Tower to reveal her akumatized form. It all came in a rush that surprised even Hawkmoth because at that moment she felt every negative emotion, everything she was ever angry about came through her mind, powering her body. It was everything. It was all the things. It was all the things she felt. A few curse words, so be wary! JEEZ #1 IN AKUMATIZEDMARINETTE (3-19-20) WTF? C O M P L E T E D ✕♛✕♕✕ "What about the promise we made when we were kids, Mari," He smiled. I felt shocked he remembered my nickname. That smile.. A sudden wave of realisation washed over me, taking my wrist back. "That promise died on the day you told me you never wanted to see me again, Adrien" I spat his name out like a disease. I stormed out slamming the door, "Our friendship died on the day you told me you never wanted to see me again." I muttered ✕♛✕♕✕ Adrien and Marinette have been friends since they were kids, well used to be. It changed when Adrien lost his mother, blocking everyone out and getting involved with the wrong people. Soon taking his anger out on Marinette, let's say it didn't end well and she now hates him because of that. He was soon your typical player, he gets laid and the others get played as they say. Making out in the Halls, soon followed by who knows what in the janitors closet. Marinette simply hated him, not only for hurting her in the past, but just playing with peoples heart like a toy from his parents. She wasn't exactly a so called nerd, but more what people call her a Princess. Not because she's a picky person but more of because she has a heart of gold, willing to help everyone, everyone BUT Adrien. Both hated each other, probably the one thing they have in common. It changed when they were assigned dorms, lucky for Marinette she got the one and only Player of the entire school. Will the two finally find out the reason behind each other's actions? Or will they forever be at each other's throats? This is the story of the Player and The Princess ✕♛✕♕✕ Edit: AND YES I AM EXTREMELY AWARE THAT THERE IS ANOTHER BOOK WITH THE SAME TITLE etgshhs I didn't realise this until now I feel like I copied someone I SWEAR I DIDNT I MADE THIS ENTIRE PLOT MYSELF Ranks: (In Fanfiction) #443 #634? #743 #800 Tags: mlb - #6 (thank you so much??) adrienette - #3 (omg) Started:10/01/18 Ended:12/06/18
