Scarlet Amani, the daughter of the New York district attorney Henry Amani, and an aspiring author. A normal wealthy girl, barely speaking to people around her, only ever having her best friend Dallas Monroe by her side, except when she's in the one place she goes to be alone, her safe haven, the only place where she isn't the Amani heiress.
