A story of four thugs unknown by the world that stir up trouble in the most corrupted city in the U.S As Alex O'Neal steals a diamond belonging to the cartel that have made Detroit a main hub. Leading the cartel to send bought out police and spec-ops agents to find the group and get the diamond back. However things take a turn for both teams as a party on the cartels Yacht may prove to be useful to the group.
