Vagabonds of all kinds make their home here in the Night World. From high ranking noble vikings to the lowly heathens and savages, from shieldmaidens to rippers and wildlings. For centuries, creatures of the night have lived amongst the mundane. There are vampires, werewolves, doppelgängers, witches, and even hybrids. There are those who protect them and those who would rather see them all dead. They're all friends to some and enemies to others. Loved ones with strong bonds and precious souls lost to time.

Jagged Embrace
Maeve is still adjusting to her new life with Will and Ander, steeped in monsters and violence. Her own powers are still a mystery to her. Fear holds her back from exploring what they are or what creature that might make her. Unable to resist Will's lust but still drawn to Ander, she tries to balance her relationships with them. Ten years ago every creature, myth, and legend that you can think of, and some you have never heard of, decided to stop hiding and started attacking people.
